Your information is used to deliver the Camp Ursa experience and to keep you informed in a way that respects your time and inbox.

• To confirm and manage your reservation, including sending confirmation and reminder emails.
• To coordinate on-site services such as activity bookings, room service, and front-desk requests.
• To send post-stay review invitations and any discount codes you earn as part of our guest rewards.

We share information only with trusted partners who help us operate the sanctuary, and only as needed to fulfill your reservation:

• Our payment processor, to securely handle transactions.
• PANGEA Airlines, our travel partner, to coordinate flights and shuttle transfers when you select Camp Ursa as your destination.
• Service providers who help us deliver emails and operate the platform, under contractual privacy obligations.
• Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect the safety of guests, staff, or the property.

5. Data Retention

We keep your reservation information for as long as needed to provide our services and to maintain a record of your stays. Discount codes you earn through our review rewards remain valid until used. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses minimal cookies to keep you logged in and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find us. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to serve targeted advertising.

7. Your Rights
